The petitioner herein is the applicant before the Tribunal. An Original Application has been filed whereby the retiral dues of his father has been sought while challenging the order of dismissal of his father from service.
A perusal of the ordersheet indicates that the affidavits have been exchanged between the parties in the year 2019. Thereafter, for a long time the matter could not be taken up on account of non-availability of the Division Bench and since after January, 2021, the dates are being fixed.
Be that as it may, having perused the ordersheet, without entering into merits of the case, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Tribunal to make an endeavour to decide the pending application, namely, Original Application No.77 of 2016 as, expeditiously as possible.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
