Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he was selected as Licensee of Fair Price Shop for selling essential commodities by way of resolution dated 27.4.2013 at Village para Kail, Tehsil Sohawal, District Faizabad. Thereafter petitioner has preferred representation before the Sub Divisional Magistrate for issuing of license, but the same has not been decided.

Accordingly we disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the opposite parties to pass an appropriate order on the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
