Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Contention is that the petitioner is also wanted in Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 468, 467 IPC as mentioned in para 5 of the writ petition and in this regard, copy of the wanted report has also been annexed as Annexure-2 to the writ petition. In this view of the matter, the correction application is allowed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause.
In the third/fourth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 20.5.2019, apart from 'Section 406 IPC', Sections 417, 419, 420, 465, 468, 467 IPC' be also read.
Office is directed to issue a certified copy of the order accordingly.
