JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
Notice on behalf of the respondents has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file counter affidavit.
Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List this case after expiry of the aforesaid period.
The facts of the case appear to be akin to the facts of Writ Petition Nos.2150(MB) of 2019, 4732(MB) of 2019 and 3572(MB) of 2019.
Accordingly, we provide that till the next date of listing, the petitioner shall not be evicted from the accommodation in question.
The petitioner shall, however, deposit rupees one lac within a fortnight from today which amount shall be adjusted in the amount to be paid as rent.
While filing counter affidavit, learned State Counsel shall also disclose as to how the amount mentioned in the Bill/Notice dated 10.09.2021 has been calculated.
