Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) issue a writ, orderor direction in the nature of mandamus directing against the respondent no.2 (Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar, Maharajganj) to decide the Case No.4028/492)( Mohd. Irfan Vs. Mahphil Husaini) under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, relating to Mauja/ village Badhara, Baraipar, Tappa Unchi Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Mahrajganj forthwith within stipulated period of time as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved as his mutation application, which has been passed in May 2019 has not been decided finally till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the mutation Courts should always endeavour to decide the mutation case as expeditiously as possible.
