In re: Civil Misc. (Delay Condonation) Application No. 9 of 2018 This is an application for condoning the delay in filing the restoration application. The delay has been explained in paragraphs- 5 to 7 of the affidavit filed in support of the application.
We have perused the said paragraphs and we are satisfied that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly, this application is allowed the delay in filing restoration application is condoned.
In re: Civil Misc. (Recall/Restoration) Application No. 10 of 2018 The petitioner has given the reason for absence in paragraphs- 3 and 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the application.
The cause has been sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the order dated 10.04.2017 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original number.
In re: Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No 13 of 2018 The petitioner has filed the present application with the prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn, to which there is no objection on the part of the other side.
The withdrawal application is allowed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
