Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to expedite the proceeding of Case No.83 of 2009(State of U.P. Vs. Suja), under Section 326 IPC, Police Station- Khuldabad, District-Allahabad pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 7th, Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is the informant in the present case and the aforementioned case is pending since the year 2009. The next submission is that the informant is blind and is groping for the justice.
Keeping in view that the matter relates to the year 2009, I hereby direct the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 7th, Allahabad to gear up the matter and make necessary endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of the order.
With the aforesaid directions, this 482 Cr.P.C. application is finally disposed of.
