Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the A.C.J.M. Khurja, Bulandshahar to decide the Complaint Case No. 532 of 2019 (Mohd. Imran Vs. Pushpendra Kumar) under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S.Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahar within the stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the A.C.J.M. Khurja, Bulandshahar to decide the Complaint Case No. 532 of 2019 (Mohd. Imran Vs. Pushpendra Kumar) under section 138 N.I. Act, P.S.Khurja Nagar, District Bulandshahar in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
