Learned counsel for the petitioner is informed that after the matter was remanded back, on 25.7.2019 a fresh order has been passed by the Sub Divisional Officer. He, therefore, would challenge the order passed on 25.7.2019. The petitioner, therefore, has prayed that the instant writ petition may be dismissed with a liberty to file afresh challenging the order dated 25.7.2019.
Under such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to file afresh.
