Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instruction states that the tender which was under challenge in this writ petition on the ground that E-tendering process ought to have been adopted, has been withdrawn/cancelled and fresh tenders are being called through E-tendering process.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned Standing Counsel, the cause of action does not survive in this writ petition and the same is rendered infructuous and accordingly, dismissed.
