Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Shubhra Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Vivek Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ghanshyam, learned counsel for the Caveator.
Having considered the submissions advanced, we feel that it would be appropriate that the petitioner may approach the Commissioner, Kanpur Division with regard to his grievance relating to conflicting orders being passed by the District Magistrate, Auraiya.
We accordingly dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. The representation may be submitted along with a certified copy of this order, whereupon the Commissioner, Kanpur Division will examine the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one week from the date of filing of such representation, strictly in accordance with law.
