After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that applicants would be satisfied in case the application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to take remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the decisions rendered in Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 as well as judgement passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC) Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P.
Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
