Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of the present writ petition the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the order dated 28.09.1998 by which the petitioners claim that the Pattas of the petitioners are cancelled.
From the perusal of the order impugned it is transpired that there is no such order passed by the authority as claimed by the petitioners. Even otherwise the petitioners have not explained the delay in approaching this Court and further that the order, if any, passed by the competent authority cancelling the Pattas of the petitioners is an order revisable before the Divisional Commissioner. It would be open to the petitioners to proceed in accordance with law and file revision if the same is advised.
