Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent nos.1, 2 and 3; and perused the record.
The instant petition has been filed for quashing the FIR dated 11.2.2019 registered as Case Crime No.54 of 2019, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Dhampur, District Bijnor.
A perusal of the impugned FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence and the informant side have also received injuries. Under the circumstances, the prayer of the petitioners to quash the FIR cannot be accepted.
The petitioners are at liberty to apply for bail. Subject to above, the petition is dismissed.
