In terms of the order dated 14.2.2019 instructions were placed before this Court, the same is taken on record.
Mr. Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, contended that an order dated 18.2.2019 has been passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, terminating the services of the petitioner. A copy of the order dated 18.2.2019 was handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the court itself.
Mr. Ali Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that since a fresh order has been passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the order dated 18.2.2019.
Prayer made is allowed.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
