No.25506 of 2013. By the said order, the Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board was directed to pass appropriate reasoned orders upon the petitioner’s representations dated 31.01.2013 and 11.03.2013.
It is now stated by the learned standing counsel for the Wakf Board that by proceedings dated 10.03.2014, the Chief Executive Officer of the A.P. State Wakf Board passed reasoned orders upon the petitioner’s representations and that the said proceedings have been independently subjected to challenge before this Court by way of another writ petition.
In that view of the matter, this contempt case no longer survives for consideration and is accordingly closed. No costs.
