JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain relevant document have not been filed alongwith the writ petition and, therefore, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition so as to file another writ petition annexing all the relevant documents.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
The counsel for the petitioner may serve copy of the fresh writ petition proposed to be filed upon Sri JJ Muneer, Advocate.
In case the petitioner furnishes a photostat copy of the impugned order annexed to the writ petition, the office shall retain the photostat copy on record and return the certified copy to him.
