This criminal revision has been filed against the impugned judgement and order dated 24.04.1989 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Moradabad, in Criminal Appeal No. 12 of 1989 (Gaffar Vs. State) under section 446 Cr.P.C., whereby the appeal filed by the revisionist was rejected.
A perusal of the file reveals that this revision has not been admitted.
The revision is, accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. However, revisionist shall be at liberty to file recall/restoration application in case cause of action survives.
