Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 232 of 2010, under Sections 353, 332, 504 and 427 IPC, police station Bazar Khala, District Lucknow.
We have gone through the FIR. Since the FIR discloses commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed. However, considering the allegations made in the FIR which seem to be trivial in nature, we dispose of the writ petition finally with a direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime number unless and until cogent and reliable evidence comes forward against them, provided they cooperate with the investigation, which shall go on.
