Heard Sri Digvijay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sunil Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the Union of India.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come to this Court for a direction to the respondent no.2 i.e. Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya, New Cant (Second Shift), Allahabad to lodge a complaint and inquire into the matter against the respondent no.3.
It is to be noted that for a direction to the authority to inquire and lodge a complaint, the writ petition cannot be filed as neither any fundamental nor statutory right of the petitioner is being violated.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is accordingly dismissed.
