This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs;
"i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no. 2 made inquiry against the respondent no. 3 on the complaint made by petitioner.
ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the respondent no. 2 to consider the complaint dated 30.07.2018 (Annexure no. 2) pending before him."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
At the very outset, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, Area Manager, Indian Oil Zone has very fairly stated that the complaint made by the petitioner has already been received and suitable order would be passed within a period of six weeks from today.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.
