Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This application under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with a prayer to expedite the Case Crime No.C-70 of 2004, under Sections 406, 417, 418, 419, 420, 463, 467, 468, 469, 409, IPC, P.S. Sarai Khwaja, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur.
It has been submitted that the trial of Case Crime No.C-70 of 2004, under Sections 406, 417, 418, 419, 420, 463, 467, 468, 469, 409, IPC is pending since the year 2004.
Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that the applicants have earlier approached this Court by way of Application U/S 482 No.230 of 2010 and the same was disposed of on 22.1.2010 with the direction that the court below shall expedite the trial by fixing short date.
Learned counsel for the applicants has not brought on record any evidence to prove that he ever brought on record the earlier order to the notice of the court below.
This application is disposed of directing the applicants to bring to the notice of the court below the order dated 22.1.2010 passed in Application U/S 482 No.230 of 2010.
