This petition is filed to quash F.I.R.No.569 of 2012 of Rajendranagar Police Station, for the alleged offence under section 498-A I.P.C.
Heard both sides.
Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police after investigation recorded that action is dropped against the petitioner.
In view of the submission of learned Public prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
