Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the proceeding in Original Suit No. 129 of 2018 pending before the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Amroha.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that in light of Section 206 (2-b) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and paragraph 15 of Schedule II of the Code, 2006 the suit is not maintainable. It is always open for the petitioner to raise his objections before the Court concerned.
Therefore, no interference is warranted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
The petition is dismissed.
