JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Arun Kumar Katiyar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner is a complainant and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to make enquiries with regard to the respondent no.4, who was appointed on the post of Siksha Mitra in the Primary School, Gram Shiksha Samiti, Gram Panchayat, Mohitpur, District Hardoi in 2006 as stated in para 3 of the writ petition.
This writ petition at the behest of a complainant is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
