Heard Sri Mohammad Umar Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent- State.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that the claim of the petitioners for grant of HRA shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the second respondent within a period of one month from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and in view of the statement so made which is recorded and accepted, this writ petition is disposed of.
