Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Bushra Maryam, learned counsel for the first respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the advertisement dated 16.10.1998 (Annexure 3) and the result dated 12.02.2009 (Annexure 4).
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no. 1 to appoint the petitioner in one of the present substantive vacant post of class IV employee in Pilibhit Judgeship."
The order sheet reflects that despite several opportunity given to the petitioner, steps were not taken to effect service upon the second and third respondent as is reflected from the order sheet dated 22.04.2005.
In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed against second and third respondents.
In the absence of the private respondents the reliefs prayed cannot be granted.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
