By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned suspension order dated 13.01.2009, passed by the opposite party no.2, as contained in Annexure-2 to the writ petition.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has earlier approached this Court by means of Writ Petition No.7868 (S/S) of 2010, Mohd. Aslam Siddiqui vs. State of U.P. & others. This Court by means of order dated 18.11.2010 directed the opposite parties to complete the inquiry within a period of two and half months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before them. The copy of the order was placed before the Enquiry Officer on 22.11.2010. Now more than one year has passed, but till date the enquiry proceedings have not been completed.
The Enquiry Officer is directed to appear before this Court on 07.02.2012 along with entire record of enquiry.
