Hon'ble Aditya Nath Mittal,J.
After the matter was heard, Sri R. C. Rastogi, learned counsel for the complainant has pointed out that there is another First Information Report lodged against the petitioners in case crime no.814 of 2014.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
