This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief;
"i. To issue a writ of mandamus order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to comply with the order dated 11.08.2018 on spot by doing the needful which itself passed by the State Representative i.e. the Collector, Jaunpur as early as possible (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that despite the specific order passed by Collector, Jaunpur, the same is not being complied with by the authorities concerned.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to again approach the Collector, Jaunpur within 30 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its Annexures. In case the petitioner approaches, the Collector, Jaunpur, we hope and trust that he will look into the matter personally and do the needful in accordance with law at an early date.
With the above observation, this writ petition is finally disposed of.
