This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 237 of 2007 on the file of Bhadurpura Police Station, Hyderabad for offences under section 418, 420, 352, 504 and 506 IPC.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police have completed investigation and referred the case as “lack of evidence” and filed final report before the concerned court on 29/11/2013.
4. In view of completion of investigation and filing of final report, this criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
