Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the record.
In the 11th and 12th line of second paragraph of the order dated 18.8.2018 "criminal antecedent of the applicant has been duly explained" shall be read as "applicant has no criminal antecedent" and "Rs. one lac with two sureties (one should be of his family members)" shall be deleted from the order.
The order dated 18.8.2018 is modified to the extent herein above. This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 18.8.2018 and a certified copy of this order shall be issued along with a copy of the order dated 18.8.2018.
The application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
