Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the people of Muslim community are taking out Tazia through their field without their permission and consent, causing damage to their crop, therefore, the respondents should take appropriate action to stop the said practice and protect the fields of the petitioner.
The issue as raised above involves disputed questions of fact, which are beyond adjudication in a writ petition.
The petitioners have filed a representation dated 24.7.2018 before the District Magistrate regarding the above grievance, therefore, we consider it appropriate that the District Magistrate may take a decision, in accordance with law on the aforesaid representation of the petitioners most expeditiously.
The petition is disposed of.
