Grievance of the petitioner is that though the F.I.R. was lodged by him on 10.08.2019, but till date investigation has not been completed by the State.
State counsel was directed to seek instructions and the case was taken up in the revised list.
On instructions received over phone, State counsel submits that after completing the investigation charge sheet has already been filed on 04.09.2020. He submits that he would be filing hard copy of the instructions during the course of the day.
Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
