There is an apparent contradiction in the averments made in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the writ petition. The averments are self contradictory. The date on which the petitioner was appointed and the date on which he was regularized has also not been stated in the writ petition. Moreover, the petitioner has neither annexed his appointment letter nor he has brought on record the order of regularization in support of his case.

Shri Ganga Prasad Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted three weeks' time to amend the writ petition and to bring on record the relevant documents.
