Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A.
After perusing the record the learned counsel for the applicants is permitted to correct the memo of the writ petition by mentioning crime No. 353 of 2013 in place of 302 of 2013.
The order dated 7.7.2014 is hereby corrected by mentioning crime No. 353 of 2013 in place of section 302 of 2013 in the fourth line of the order.
It is also directed that in case the alleged kidnapped girl appear before the court of learned C.J.M. concerned within three days from today, the benefit given in the order dated 7.7.2014 shall be extended.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
Let a copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for the applicants today on payment of usual charges.
