As per orders of this Court dated 20.12.2013, the Registry has sent notices to the appellants requiring them to make alternative arrangement by indication that the appeal would be fixed for hearing to this date. As per the report of the Registry, notices have been served on all the appellants, except appellant No.3.
2. All the appellants are members of the same family and there is no response from any of the appellants by making any alternative arrangement for arguing the appeal. It is, therefore, apparent that the appellants are not in prosecuting the matter.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
In view of that, no orders are necessary to be passed in ASMP.No.3114 of 2013. The miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
