Petitioner claims to be working in the respondent Nagar Nigam since 29th October, 1998. It is stated that petitioner's initial engagement was on contract basis and his services are liable to be regularized in the light of the Government Order dated 24.2.2016. It is stated that this Government Order has been made applicable vide Government Order dated 3.1.2017. Submission is that despite repeated representations made, petitioner's claim has not been examined till date.
Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for regularization, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
