The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with prayer to release the applicant on parole / short term bail for a stipulated period of time in Case Crime No. 118 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 286, 341, 323, 336, 386, 506 IPC, Police Station Cantt., District Allahabad.
Grounds taken in the application to release the applicant on parole / short term bail are not sufficient. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merit. Second bail application moved on behalf of the applicant is still pending.
