Order:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of Order, dated 07-11-2013, in WP.No.31788 of 2013, by the respondent.
Even before notice is ordered in the Contempt Case, the respondent filed a counter- affidavit wherein he has inter alia stated that the order of this Court has been complied with and that Memo in Lr.No.B/257/1999, dated 30-12-2013, has been issued whereby the petitioner was informed that his request for demarcation of the disputed land was not considered.
At the hearing, Mr.S.Sriram, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that in view of the stand taken by the respondent in his counter-affidavit, his client may be permitted to avail appropriate remedy in order to question the aforesaid Memo issued by the respondent.
In the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, if he feels aggrieved by the Memo issued by the respondent.
