Qazi Vakil Ahmad, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant today is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 141 of 2015, under Sections 302/34 IPC, P.S. Pheelkhana, District Kanpur Nagar, is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Considering the fact that the applicant is named in the FIR and has been attributed the role of shooting at the deceased. The post mortem report fully corroborates the injury at the deceased. There is recovery of weapon also from at the point out of the applicant. Under the circumstances, I do not find any good ground to enlarge the applicant on bail, the bail application of the applicant is hereby rejected.
However considering the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the applicant within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties subject to applicant renders fullest cooperation in early disposal of the trial.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the concern court within fortnight after production of certified copy of this order.
