Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, does not dispute the submission of learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance enumerated in the writ petition.
He does not press the relief sought in the writ petition and recasts his prayer. The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the competent authority/ court under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
It is always open to the petitioner to avail lawful remedies. The writ petition is disposed of.
