Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
The present anticipatory bail application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.96 of 2021, under Sections 504, 307 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Swaroop Nagar, District Kanpur Nagar.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The prosecution story is false and fake. It is further submitted that the applicant has not committed any froud. No offence under the alleged section is made out. He further argued that if the applicant is enlarged on anticipatory bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail and would co-operate with the investigation.
Learned AGA vehemently opposed the application.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present anticipatory bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
