This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 03.04.2014, in I.A.No.307 of 204 in O.S.No.385 of 2013, on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.
At the hearing, Sri Penumaka Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition.
Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the civil revision petition, C.R.P.M.P.No.3398 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
