Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA.
The applicants have approached this Court assailing the proceedings of case no.804 of 2012, under sections 143, 147, 341 I.P.C. & 6 and 7 Joint Prohibition Act, P.S. Mantola, District Agra, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court No.5, Agra.
The charge sheet dated 23.01.2012 is impugned in the instant application. The Investigating Officer after investigation and collecting credible evidence has filed charge sheet. It appears that the applicants are not cooperating with the trial court. Disputed questions of fact cannot be gone into under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
