No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and, as such, respondent no. 2 is directed to consider and decide the case No. 07390 of 2019 (Computer Case No. T201915060107390) (Mohd. Akhtar Vs. Azmal), in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within a period of next six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court.
