Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners, is taken on record.
Ms. Saumya Srivastava, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Mohd. Afzal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Prabhash Pandey, learned AGA for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. dated 20.03.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 0097 of 2018, under Sections 323, 452, 504, 506 and 308, IPC, Police Station Didauli, District Jyotibafullai Nagr.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there are cross reports and both sides have received injuries. The real sister of petitioner no.1 was going to marry on 29.04.2018 and petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are his cousin brother. Marriage card is annexed as annexure no.3 (page-25 and 26) to the writ petition.
Learned A.G.A. for the State opposed the prayer for quashing but could not dispute the aforesaid fact as argued by learned counsel for the petitioners.
Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and nature of the allegations, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested in above mentioned case, till 10.05.2018.
With the above direction this petition is finally disposed of.
