Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as well as perused the record.
The accused applicant Mohd. Abrar @ Anwar, S/o Mohd. Safi, R/o Mohalla Ram Tola, P.S. Sandi, District Hardoi is involved and detained in Case Crime No. 1343/10, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Acitivities (Prevention) Act, 1986, from P.S. Kotwali Shar, District Hardoi and he has applied for bail.
The submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that as many as six cases have shown against the accused in the gang chart in which the accused is already on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart.
Learned A.G.A. opposed the bail application.
Considered the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. Keeping in view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact the accused is already on bail in all the cases shown in the gang chart, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case accused applicant may be released on bail.
Let the accused applicant Mohd. Abrar @ Anwar be released on bail in the aforesaid case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
