JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. NO. 36877 OF 2014 Date of Judgment: 10.12.2014 Between:
Mohd. Abdul Waheb and another And The Govt. of Telangana and others …Petitioners ..Respondents THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR W.P. No. 36877 OF 2014 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners complain that the respondents 2 to 5 were calling them to the police Station every day and making them sit in the police station and pressurising them to execute a deed of cancellation with regard to sale deed dated 17.10.2014 executed by some third parties. The petitioners who are brothers state that the first petitioner acted only as a mediator in execution of the said sale deed and has nothing to do with it, as such they cannot pressurised in such a manner by the police. Various other allegations were also made.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondent No.6 and a case in Cr.No. 256 of 2014 was registered under Section 506 IPC in PS, Mahankali against the petitioners herein on the complaint made by respondent No.6 alleging that he was threatened with dire consequences by the petitioners to vacate the premises in dispute. The learned Government Pleader also states that the police has no concern with the allegation that the sale deed dated 17.10.2014 was executed by Ayub Kamaluddin @ Kaja Kamaluddin favour of Bakir Bhai Mamuwala at the instance of respondent No.6 and that the police were not pressurising the petitioners to cancel the sale deed dated 17.10.2014 nor threatened them to implicate them in a false case and except the case in Cr.No. 256 of 2014 of PS Mahankali, there is no other case pending against the petitioners.
In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Government Pleader for Home, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
