ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against order, dated 09.08.2012, in I.A.No.578 of 2012 in R.C.No.19 of 2010 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Rent Controller, Ranga Reddy District.
Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala, learned counsel for the petitioner, has circulated letter, dated 27.06.2014, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein he has stated that pending this Civil Revision Petition, the parties have compromised the dispute and that therefore, his client may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. In view of the above letter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5698 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
